We had a special treat today--my cousin Marsha is in Houston for a conference, so we got to spend the afternoon with her and Grandma. We went to Kemah for the first time since Rita, and for the first time with Noble. He seemed to find the carnival atmosphere a bit overwhelming, but he LOVED the Aquarium and the fish.
As we were leaving, we walked by pony rides. The kids wanted to ride, so they did (I was shocked!). After the ride, I asked Noble what he rode: a small worse (horse). Was it fast or slow? VERY slow, he said. :)
When we got back to Grandma's, Noble took a nap & Kayci and I went swimming. Talk about a treat...what a great way to start the last week of school!
